ESTABLISH RELATION
We start with a meeting following a local representative visiting the farm/agricultural operation.
The structure of the loan is negotiated and designed as well as general conditions of the loan.
DUE DILIGENCE
Process focused on: Client’s character, project analysis, financial statements and corrateral appraisal. Also includes compliance of anti-money laundry (AML) and social and environmental aspects.
APPROVAL
The local team presents a loan proposal to the corresponding credit committee, where it is evaluated and decision is made.
DISBURSEMENT
If the proposals are approved, all the documents are processed and the funds are distributed.
