Basic criteria to file in a complaint:
The complaint must be related to a LAAD’s Client or Project.
- This complaint serves only for Environmental and/or Social matters.
- The complaint must be presented by a person, group or community directly affected by the problem.
- Detailed description of the nature of the complaint
- The complaint must explain how a person or a community group who is filing this form is been affected by the operation or Project in reference.
- It is preferred to inform the precise geographical location about this complaint. Therefore, we encourage to be informed of complete address, coordinates and /or description of the site affected.
- We encourage you to send attached any backup of Support documentation or pictures
